Couture Fashion Week presents its Fall and Spring collections to millions of beauty & fashion aficionados.
This season featured designers from Dubai, India, Russia, Lebanon, Morocco, Germany, UK, China, Brasil, among others. The show was also broadcast in 8 different languages.
Andres Aquino is known for his extravagant productions as well as his unique designs. His Spring 2012 collection, Le Cirque, filled the Grand Ballroom with a majestic feel, leaving the spectators in amazement as the magic unfolded right in front of their eyes.
Elie Esper was Andres' hairstylist of choice for this season's presentation. When both artists met to coordinate the design that would recreate Andres' vision of his Le Cirque collection, it was pure serendipity. It's simply magical to witness creative minds join forces. Watching them going over the details for this big production was as exhilarating as the anticipation for the models to walk the runway in his designs.
Each designer presented their collections on a runway that turned into a theatrical stage, filled with drama...an explosion of rhythms, lyrical dance performances, opera singers and of course, Elie Esper's hair designs which in itself are a work of art.
